Dead simple to install, adjust and step in and out of. The cleats are simplicity itself and with minimum of parts should last and last. Particular strngth is the fact that they are double sided entry. Very useful. |

Perhaps a little heavy compared to some other makes, but balanced against the price they are a no-brainer. |

I also use Speedplay Zero's but have to say that the simplicity and economy of these SPD pedals gain a higher level of respect from this user. |
