ASSOS SUMMER INTERACTIVE SHORT SLEEVE VEST
Assos now identify their vests by the season for which they are intended.
The fabrics structure is made out of 2+1 different fibers. 2 micro hydrophilic +1 real silver yarn. Different in shape and form but woven together in such a manner as to provide a so-called "push and pull" effect (absorbs and transports). The fabric creates a 3D skin surface, which brings along a compact aircushion that helps thermo-regulating the next-to-skin temperature.
The fabric's super return-stretch characteristics, combined with its specially developed next-to-body pattern design, provide an anatomy-contouring similar to a cocoon feeling. While engineering those new collectibles, Assos aimed to eliminate as many patterns (= seams) as possible but simultaneously incorporate the company's AEPD forward pattern philosophy. Meaning: tailored for the riding position. For example, check out the shoulder area and you will note that they have eliminated the vertical sleeve inlet seam. To enhance well-being and freedom of movement, all of the garments feature an antibacterial, low-volume but super stretch mesh fabric armpit insert.
The Summer Short Sleeve is similar to the Spring model but lighter, more breathable and has a rear mesh fabric panel allowing it to weigh in at only 89 gm.
