Overseas customers

INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

DELIVERY:
All orders are dispatched, air mail, with either Royal Mail (if under 2kg in weight) or Parcelforce/DHL(if over 2kg in weight). Delivery times vary, depending on destination but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. We must, however, allow 28 business days from the date of dispatch before we are able to make a claim against the carrier in the unlikely event of loss. Allowances must be made for Customs Clearance which is beyond our control. You are welcome to contact your local customs office to check on the progress of your package if you feel it is being held there for clearance.

PAYMENT:
We accept all major, internationally accepted credit cards including: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will charge your card in Pounds Sterling and your card company will make the exchange into your local currency. Exchange and commission rates vary so you will need to check with your chosen card company what will apply to you. We cannot be held responsible for any variation in exchange rates or for any monies lost due to fluctuations. As a guide to the current exchange rate you can check the Universal Currency Converter at http://www.xe.net/ucc/

Credit cards are now Authenticated via SagePay and 3D secure. (Please contact your credit card issuer for details on 3D Secure)

PRICES : All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate of 20% with the exception of zero rated goods such as energy foods, books, helmets and childrens clothing.

VAT & IMPORT DUTIES:
If you are a customer outside the EU or a business within the EU with an EU registration number you are entitled to receive your goods VAT free. All our advertised prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT with the exception of Safety helmets, Children’s clothing, Energy Food powders and Books which are all zero rated for VAT. VAT will be shown on your invoice when you complete checkout but as a guide the VAT free price can be found with the following formula PRICE X 0.8696 = VAT FREE PRICE. There may be import duties that will apply to the goods you are buying. If you want to find out what will apply to your order you will need to contact your local customs office. We are unable to offer a guide on this as they vary greatly from one country to another. You are responsible for the payment of any fees levied by your government and we are unable to re-imburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Please note, by law, we have to complete a customs declaration to be attached to the outside of every package we send overseas. It is a criminal offence to falsify and details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. We do not make the laws of your or our own country, we just follow them.

RETURNS:
We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 2 months of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. All postage costs must be paid by the customer and a re-stocking fee will be charged on “special order” items. Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase. All postage costs must be covered by the customer.

SPECIAL NOTES:
We do not ship to Canada, India, Indonesia, USA or BFPO adresses.

Liquids, gels, aerosols and pressurized containers cannot be supplied to addresses outside the UK. 

POSTAGE COSTS:

The below table gives example postage costs in Pounds Sterling for the countries we ship to. Parcelforce and DHL costs are calculated on the volumetric weight of the parcel. If the amount required for postage exceeds that shown on your invoice we will contact you for authorisation.

PLEASE NOTE : We reserve the right to re-quote for any overseas postage and will notify the customer in advance of shipping for their authorisation.
