Q : When are you open ?
A : Our warehouse and phone lines are open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays. Our website is available 365 days a year for your convenience.
Q : Can we call into the warehouse?
A : Yes you are very welcome to call in and collect your goods. Give us a call in advance if you want to make sure we have what you need in stock when you arrive. We don’t have a shop here but we are more than happy to serve you. We also have a workshop here where we build bikes, wheels and do repairs so feel free to call in or give us a call.
Q : Is everything you show on the website in stock at all times ?
A : Our web site shows everything we have in stock in our warehouse as well as what we can get for you from our suppliers. Our site is not stock interactive so we don’t have everything on the shelves at all times but with deliveries coming in every day most orders are despatched in 1-2 working days. If there is going to be a delay we will let you know. If we know there will be a delay of a specific product we will state the expected delivery date on the product page. Q : What is a Clearance Item ?
A : When a product is no longer available from our supplier we will list it on the website as a "Clearance Item" until we have sold all of our stock. Please call our sales line to check if the size/colour you are looking for is still in stock or to reserve the item before you place your order if you want to be sure you get one.
Q : When will you charge my credit card ?
A : When you place your order our website will Authenticate your credit card details but we wont take payment until we despatch your goods. If you choose to pay with Paypal, Paypal will take the payment from your account as soon as you place the order but we don’t capture the funds until we despatch your goods.
Q : How long will my order take to arrive ?
A : We aim to despatch all Priority orders in 1-2 working days. (Free Post orders may take longer) If there is going to be a delay we will let you know. If you want to be at the top of the pile of orders make sure you choose priority despatch, that way your order will be picked and despatched ahead of the free post orders so you will get it quicker. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for UK deliveries which normally takes no more than 2-3 days. If your in a real hurry we can arrange a next day delivery. You will need to call our sales line to arrange this.
Q : What is the difference between Priority and Freepost ?
A: Priority orders get picked, packed and processed first. They are also despatched via 1st Class Post so ther arrive faster. Freepost orders will take longer to arrive as they are processed after the priority orders and go 2nd class.
Q : What if I need to return something ?
A : We are more than happy to take back unwanted goods. Full details on how to return goods can be found in the “Returns” section on the website but feel free to give us a call on 01952 604877 and we can discuss your options.
