Euro Pricing

All the prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT with the exception of goods that qualify to be Zero Rated. These include helmets, books, some energy foods and childrens clothing.

We will only charge your credit card or Paypal account at the point of despatch and you will be charged in Pounds Sterling. Your credit card issuer or Paypal will convert the payment into your local currency.

We accept all major, internationally accepted credit cards including: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will charge your card in Pounds Sterling and your card company will make the exchange into your local currency. Exchange and commission rates vary so you will need to check with your chosen card company what will apply to you. We cannot be held responsible for any variation in exchange rates or for any monies lost due to fluctuations. If you are a customer in a country within the EU you will pay the full Pounds Sterling price including VAT. This amount will be clearly shown at checkout.

There are no additional import duties on goods shipped to an EU country as you have already paid the VAT inclusive price.

If you are a customer outside the EU or a business within the EU with an EU registration number, you are entitled to receive your goods VAT free. As a guide the VAT free price can be found with the following formula PRICE X 0.8334 = VAT FREE PRICE. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

There may be import duties that will apply to the goods you are buying when they arrive in your country. For the latest rates you will need to contact your local customs office. We are unable to offer a guide on this as they vary greatly from one country to another. You are responsible for the payment of any fees levied by your government and we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Please note, by law, we have to complete a customs declaration to be attached to the outside of every package we send overseas. It is a criminal offence to falsify any details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. We do not make the laws of your or our own country, we just follow them.
