Returns

We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 14 days of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. Return postage must be paid by the customer and a small charge will be made for postage on replacement goods if required. 

Please package the goods to protect the retail packaging, do not attach labels or tape directly to the retail packaging and include a “Goods Return Form” which you can download here.

We do everything possible to make sure you receive the goods as ordered but if we do make a mistake and you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receipt and you can return the item to us for exchange or refund. Please enclose a “Goods Return Form” and we will reimburse your return postage costs with Royal Mail standard delivery.

Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. If a product you have purchased from us develops a fault please contact us before return so that we can arrange the best course of action for you. Once agreed, faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase and a “Goods Return Form”.  We will inspect the goods upon receipt and contact you with our findings. If accepted for warranty we will arrange a repair/replacement from our own stock, subject to availability. However, many items are required to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and if this is the case we will give you as much information on expected turnaround times as possible. We will keep in touch at every stage and try to work swiftly towards a satisfactory conclusion for you. If an item is rejected for warranty we will supply you with our reasons and any supporting evidence from our suppliers.

For the purpose of hygene, shorts, knicks and tights with a seatpad cannot be returned for exchange once they have been worn without undergarments on the bike. 

None of this affects your statutory rights.
