Track Wheels
Track wheels are suitable for track or fixie commuter bikes. Track wheels have solid wheel axles and track nuts to secure them to the frame rather than quick release skewers.
The rear hub can take the form of a single sided fixed or a double sided fixed so you can turn the wheel round to use a different size gear.
The axle width on a rear track wheel is narrower than a standard road wheel so track wheels can only be used in a track or fixie road frame.
