UK MAINLAND ORDERS:

Parker International now offers FREE carriage on all UK Mainland orders over £30.00.

FREE CARRIAGE

Simply select the items you want to buy in the usual way, proceed to checkout and select the FREE carriage option from the checkout screen. Priority Delivery is the default setting as this is what most of our customers want so it's up to you to select FREE delivery when your order is over £30.00.

PLEASE NOTE : Please choose your postage option carefuly as priority postage cannot be refunded after your order has been dispatched.

If you select FREE carriage we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. This means delivery can take longer. If back ordered items are delayed we will wait a week and then despatch what we do have with the rest remaining on back order. If you are in a hurry pay for PRIORITY despatch.

If items are in limited stock, priority will be given to customers who have paid for PRIORITY despatch

PRIORITY DESPATCH

Simply select the items you want to buy in the usual way, proceed to checkout. PRIORITY despatch is automaticaly added to your order as this is what most of our customers want.

The cost is just £3.95 per order for anywhere on the UK Mainland regardless of how many items you order, their weight or their value. For this you get PRIORITY attention for your order which means your order gets picked, packed and despatched first on 1st class post. Your order will be despatched straight away and if some of the items are out of stock we will despatch what we do have with the other items placed on back order and despatched as soon as they come in. You pay only once regardless of how many packages we send your order in.

If you want to check stock before placing a PRIORITY order please call our sales line on 01952 604877 and stock can be reserved for you. PRIORITY orders always have stock allocated first so if you're in a hurry this is the option for you. If FREE delivery is selected and we run out of stock PRIORITY orders will be filled first.

Please Note : We will do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickley as possible. In the rare event that your order is delayed by Royal Mail, we can only issue replacement goods after 14 working days have elapsed as Royal Mail will not consider a package to be "lost" until it has been in their system for that period. Please feel free to check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office as packages can be held there prior to delivery. EU & REST OF WORLD

EU Countries include : AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, SOUTHERN IRELAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWEDEN, GREECE, FINLAND, CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, ESTONIA, HUNGARY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, POLAND, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA

PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER SHIP TO BFPO ADDRESSES. WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

The cost of carriage to most  EU contries is from £12.00 on all orders regardless of value except those including bulky items for example: Bikes, Frames, Wheels, Trainers, Workstands, Rims, bike bags, carriers, child seats, track pumps and energy foods. A guide price for carriage on bulky parcels will be given at checkout but this may have to be recalculated depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel. If the actual cost exceeds that quoted we will contact you for authorisation.

The cost of carriage to all other countries outside the EU is from £18.00 on all orders regardless of value except those including bulky items for example: Bikes, Frames, Wheels, Trainers, Workstands, Rims, bike bags, carriers, child seats, track pumps and energy foods. A guide price for carriage on bulky parcels will be given at checkout but this may have to be recalculated depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel. If the actual cost exceeds that quoted we will contact you for authorisation. All orders going to MIDDLE EAST AND FAR EAST COUNTRIES are sent with DHL and the cost for carriage will be re-calculated at the time of despatch. If this exceeds the amount quoted on the order we will contact you for authorisation prior to despatch.

POSTAGE COSTS:

The below table gives example postage costs in Pounds Sterling for the countries we ship to. Parcelforce and DHL costs are calculated on the volumetric weight of the parcel. If the amount required for postage exceeds that shown on your invoice we will contact you for authorisation.
